Sherwood Sealing & Exteriors provides exterior contracting services, including but not limited to sealing, exterior maintenance, cleaning, snow removal, and related services. All services are subject to site conditions, weather, and availability.

2. Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection or inquiry.

  • Quotes may be revised if site conditions change or if additional work is requested or required.

  • Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for a limited period.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are to be performed. Service dates may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the quote or invoice.

  • Payment is due as agreed, and may be required upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest or collection action as permitted under Alberta law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Weather-dependent services may be rescheduled at our discretion to ensure safety and quality.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Clear work areas of personal belongings and obstacles

  • Secure pets and ensure safe access

  • Disclose known hazards, underground utilities, or special site conditions

Sherwood Sealing & Exteriors is not responsible for delays or damage caused by undisclosed or unsafe conditions.

7. Warranty and Workmanship

Any warranties offered will be provided in writing and are limited to the terms specified. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by environmental conditions, misuse, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Alberta:

  • Sherwood Sealing & Exteriors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by Alberta or Canadian law.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website in any unlawful manner or in a way that could harm the website or interfere with its operation. Website content is provided for general information only and may be changed without notice.

10. Intellectual Property
